We are enjoying the late summer sun, but we are already looking ahead to the festive season in Malta and our reservations diary is filling fast. It is a special time for us and we love helping you make lasting memories with family, friends and colleagues.
Our spaces suit both small gatherings and larger celebrations. We can host up to 110 guests for a reception and up to 50 guests seated. Expect great views, good food and friendly service in a warm festive setting, with dishes that show Simon Rogan’s signature style.
As always, expect seasonal, produce led dishes cooked with skill by a team who work closely with trusted growers and fishers. The tasting menu moves through a clear rhythm of courses with bright flavours and careful detail.
