We are absolutely thrilled to have retained our two Michelin stars for the second year running! It is an honour to continue delivering memorable dining experiences that seamlessly connect our guests to the surrounding environment. Our key focus has remained unchanged since Simon Rogan and his team took over the restaurant two years ago, and is at the forefront of everything we do. We constantly and meticulously consider our environmental impact and carbon footprint, and we work closely with local Maltese farmers, fishermen, growers and producers.
This achievement is a testament to Simon’s commitment and passion, which inspires our talented team and reminds us to keep pushing boundaries on a daily basis.
